If you've ordered off our specials board in the last year, there's a decent chance something fluffy and delicious was floating on top of it. That's cold foam, and honestly, we can't stop.
What cold foam actually is
Cold foam is milk and thickened cream 🤤 whipped cold into a thick, velvety layer that sits on top of an iced drink, we occasionally add flavours too for that extra little something something. Unlike hot milk foam it doesn't melt away, so every sip comes through that creamy layer. It turns an iced latte into a bit of an event. It's a little sparkle on top of your (already delish) drink.
The ones people still ask about
Our lavender cold foam iced latte had people planning their week around it. The pine lime soda with cold foam went the same way (summer in a cup, no notes).
The specials rotate with the seasons, which is half the fun. When one's gone, something new is coming.
Why we bother
We think coffee should be fun. The classics matter, and we take them seriously, but the specials board is where our baristas get to play. Some of our best drinks started as a staff member mucking around before open.
